Complete discharge, no corner residue
A round base leaves no flat corner for powder to sit in, which matters where a changeover cannot tolerate carry-over between products.
QINFENG Custom FIBC manufacturer since 2001
Woven on circular looms as one continuous tube, with no vertical side seam in the body. The base is closed into a circle rather than folded into a rectangle, and the lifting loops are sewn into the top seam. Filling and discharge openings follow the customer’s line: an open top or a filling spout, and a discharge spout sized to how the material actually flows.
Because there is one body seam to control instead of four, the construction keeps the seam count of a tubular bag while removing the flat-bottom corner where fine product otherwise collects.
A seamless circular-woven bag closed with a round base, so free-flowing product empties completely and the body stays circular under load.
A round base leaves no flat corner for powder to sit in, which matters where a changeover cannot tolerate carry-over between products.
The circular section matches the intake of a round hopper or screw conveyor, so the bag can be emptied without a liner or a shaking cycle.
Seam leakage is the usual route for fine powders, and a circular body has one seam instead of four.

| Rated range | Rated for 500-1,500 kg SWL in standard configurations, with fabric weight and loop construction set by the confirmed SWL and safety factor. Performance figures in a quotation apply to the confirmed specification only. |
|---|
| Testing | In-house checks cover fabric weight, seam strength and bag dimensions on each production run, with first-piece and final inspection recorded against the order. Third-party testing is arranged where the buyer's market requires it and is quoted separately. |
|---|
| Where it is not the answer | A round base does not sit flat on a pallet and the body does not hold a square footprint, so this is not the bag for pallet stacking or for container plans that depend on a rectangular load. |
