Case Study
A GCC building-materials distributor was losing pallets in transit because tubular bags bulged and would not stack. We replaced the construction rather than the fabric weight: a U-panel body with a coated fabric and a liner. The production batch has passed final inspection and shipped; repeat-order performance is not yet proven.
Application
Bagging cement and dry mortar at a batching plant or a dry-mix line: the bag has to survive a dusty, abrasive fill, hold 1,000-1,500 kg on a pallet, and keep moisture out until the bag is opened on site.
Application
A mineral processor bagging dried silica sand into 1.0-1.5 t lots must keep every bag inside the crane and fork-truck limit while the sand stays dry and free-flowing through a sea leg and empties without leaving a heel.
