Explained Before You Commit.
FOB Qingdao, CFR / C&F, CIF, DDU and DDP each draw the boundary differently: packing, container loading, the export declaration and the document set are handled from Qingdao, while the main carriage, cargo insurance, import clearance and duty are split between us and you by the term you choose. Every quotation states that boundary and the costs it does not include, and the final price is confirmed only in the formal quotation.

Four Delivery Terms, One Written Boundary Each.
A bulk bag order is part of your production process. We provide four clear delivery terms—EX WORK, CIF, DDU and DDP—each with an explicit division of logistics, customs, risk and insurance so nothing has to be assumed.
CIF
QINFENG arranges packing, export customs, ocean freight and cargo insurance to your designated destination port. Import clearance and inland haulage stay with the buyer.
DDU
We deliver directly to your specified facility or warehouse address. Import customs clearance and applicable duties or local taxes are handled by the buyer upon arrival.
DDP
Complete door-to-door fulfillment. QINFENG manages full ocean carriage, import clearance, payment of all duties and final unloading at your destination facility.

DDU and DDP are quoted only after the freight forwarder has confirmed the destination, the cost, the customs and the delivery conditions, and DDP is not available for every country. The formal quotation, which states the responsibility boundary and the costs not included, governs the shipment.

Shipping Release
Ten Conditions Before the Container Is Loaded.
A container is released for loading only when every one of these is settled. It keeps the shipment, the documents and the payment on the same timeline.
- Production and packing are complete.
- Final quality inspection has passed and been signed off.
- Customer or third-party inspection is complete, or waived in writing.
- The balance payment has arrived, except for customers on agreed credit terms.
- Packing list, commercial invoice and customs information are checked.
- Consignee, notify party, destination port and transport mode are confirmed.
- Booking, cut-off and loading time are confirmed.
- AMS, ISF and similar data are submitted on time for US orders.
- Container quantity, package numbers, pallet count and photos are archived.
- Test reports, declarations or labels for special orders are complete.

The Questions Buyers Ask First.
No. DDP is not available for every country. DDU and DDP are only quoted after the freight forwarder has confirmed the destination, the cost, the customs and the delivery conditions.
The customer. Under CFR and CIF the buyer normally handles import clearance, duty, destination port charges, transport from the port to the final address, and the local agent and pickup arrangements.
FOB Qingdao is the base quotation term and the easiest to compare, because you can price it against your own forwarder. CFR or CIF can be quoted as well when you would rather have us book the ocean freight.
You receive an update at every milestone: booking and loading, dispatch from the plant, loading completion with photographs and the actual quantity, the actual ETD and the estimated arrival, the bill of lading draft and the final documents, route changes, a reminder before arrival, and for DDU or DDP the clearance, the delivery appointment and the signed receipt.
