A bulk bag failure rarely starts where it shows up. Fabric weight, seam construction, loop attachment and fittings each go wrong at a different stage, so QINFENG checks them at the stage that causes them rather than inspecting only the finished bag.

Sequential Release Points

Each gate has to be released before the next stage starts. If something is out of specification, it is caught while the material is still identifiable—not after a container has been loaded.

Incoming Material Check

Resin and additive are accepted against the locked formula for the order, and the batch reference is recorded so a finished bag can be traced back to the material it was woven from.

Grammage, Width & Coating

Grammage is the single most common place a supplier quietly reduces cost between the sample and the bulk run. We verify it at weaving, and verify coating coverage after lamination, because both processes run in our own plant.

Gate 03

Dimensions, Loops, Sewing & Fittings

This is where a bag is either safe to lift or not. Base dimensions and cut height are measured against the specification, loop attachment and seam reinforcement are inspected, and printing, liners and labels are confirmed against the approved artwork and order data.

Gate 04

Final Inspection, Load Testing & Release

Finished goods are sampled and compared against the approved sample before packing, and load testing is carried out for the specifications where it applies. Bags are packed and released against the inspection records for that order.

What Is Actually Checked

Switch between the inspection areas to see the checkpoints behind each gate. If you want the record for a specific order, ask for it with the order reference.

Fabric & Coating Checkpoints

  • Grammage — fabric weight verified within the specified 140–220 GSM range for the order
  • Fabric width — measured against the width the cut pattern requires
  • Weave condition — checked for weave faults and tape condition before the roll is cut
  • Coating coverage — laminated face verified for coverage and adhesion on coated specifications
  • Breathable finish — confirmed where ventilated or uncoated fabric is specified instead

Construction & Fittings Checkpoints

  • Base dimensions and cut height — measured against the confirmed specification
  • Lifting loops — attachment, reinforcement and loop free height checked for forklift access
  • Seams — seam construction and finish inspected, including sift-proof stitching where specified
  • Inlet and outlet — spout or duffle dimensions and closure checked against the filling and discharge method
  • Printing, liners and labels — confirmed against approved artwork and order data, including barcode and retail labelling

Testing & Record Checkpoints

  • Load testing — carried out for the specifications where it applies, before shipment
  • Final comparison — finished bags compared against the approved sample
  • Packing check — bales, pallets or single packs confirmed against your unloading method
  • Records per order — inspection records are held against the order and can be requested with the order reference
  • Document support — test reports and certification documents are issued for the specifications they apply to; we confirm applicability rather than assuming coverage

Where a specification has to change—a substituted fabric colour, a revised print, a different liner—the change is confirmed with you before the batch is released rather than appearing silently in the shipment.

Testing the Bag the Way Your Line Loads It

Load testing is carried out for the specifications where it applies, and the record is filed against the order. Tell us your handling method and we will confirm which tests are relevant to your bag rather than listing every test we have ever run.

Lifting Performance

Loop attachment, seam strength and lifting behaviour checked on the loaded bag, against the safe working load and safety factor of the specification.

Construction Integrity

Seam construction, fabric integrity and closure checked where the bag is filled, lifted and discharged in service conditions.

Documentation

ISO certification is in place, and product test reports including UN and SGS documents are available for the specifications they apply to.

Reports are issued per specification. Ask us to confirm which documents apply to your bag before you rely on them for a compliance decision.

Quality Questions

What Buyers Ask About Our Quality Process

How do I know the bulk run will match the sample?

Bulk production follows the confirmed sample and specification. The order formula is locked, and grammage is verified at weaving in our own plant—so the fabric cannot be quietly substituted by a subcontractor between sample and shipment.

Can I request the inspection records for my order?

Yes. Inspection records are held against the order. Give us the order reference and tell us what your internal quality team needs to see, and we will confirm what we can provide.

Do you inspect outsourced operations too?

Non-standard or specialised operations may be carried out by outside workshops. Those stages are still released against the same control points and inspection gates before the goods are packed.

What happens if something is out of specification?

It is held at the gate where it was found, while the material is still identifiable. Where a deviation affects your specification, it is raised with you before the batch is released rather than shipped and explained afterwards.

Is testing included in every order?

Testing is carried out for the specifications where it applies, and the relevant record is filed with the order. Which tests apply depends on the product, the load rating and your regulatory situation—we confirm that with you rather than assuming it.

Can a third party inspect production before shipment?

Yes. Buyers have arranged third-party factory audits before placing orders, including a wechest audit case. Inspection agencies are welcome; tell us in advance so we can schedule around your production window.
