How a bulk bag is packed decides what happens on your receiving dock: how fast it can be unloaded, whether it can be palletised, and whether the right bag reaches the right line. This page covers the packing and loading options we produce to.
Packing options
- Hydraulic bales — compressed bales of 50–200 pcs, the usual choice for high-volume export orders.
- Pallets — heat-treated wooden pallets, stretch-wrapped for automated warehouse handling.
- Individually packed units — single bags in PE packing where the bag is sold on or handled piece by piece.
- Labels and barcodes — order, specification and quantity labelling so goods can be identified without opening the pack.
Container loading
Bags are loaded to your delivery method and destination: bulk bales to maximise cube, palletised loads where the receiver has racking or automated unloading, and mixed loads where several specifications ship together. Loading plans are confirmed with you before the container is closed.
Unloading considerations
Tell us how the goods will be received — forklift, crane, manual unloading, or a third-party warehouse — and how the bags will be stored once they arrive. It affects bale size, pallet format and labelling.
Retail and supermarket packing
Where bags go on to retail sale, packing can include individual wrapping, barcodes and price labels, and instruction inserts.
