Bags are neatly counted, folded, and placed under a 20-tonne hydraulic baling press. Each bale is bound by 4 to 6 heavy-duty woven polypropylene tension straps and fully wrapped in an outer protective virgin PP woven fabric sheet to shield against dust, dirt, and scuffing during ocean transit.

Bags are stacked flat onto solid fumigated heat-treated wooden pallets (ISPM-15 compliant) or heavy-duty export plastic pallets. The stack is stabilized with rigid heavy-duty cardboard edge protectors, strapped under tension, and wrapped with UV-stabilized stretch film or heavy stretch hooding to ensure instant forklift devanning.
