Filled where the barrier is needed
Only the empty bags are shipped, so the weight that has to be moved to site is a fraction of the finished barrier.
QINFENG Custom FIBC manufacturer since 2001
An open-top body in heavy woven PP, with the mouth held open by a stiffened hem so a loader can fill it without a second pair of hands. Four corner loops are bar-tacked into the top seam for crane or forklift lifting, and the base is a reinforced flat closure that takes the abrasion of being dragged into place.
Because the bag is filled with local material, the specified fill weight decides the fabric weight and the loop rating; the same body is built in a range of sizes rather than one standard.
A heavy woven open-top bag filled on site with local sand or aggregate and lifted into a temporary barrier.
Only the empty bags are shipped, so the weight that has to be moved to site is a fraction of the finished barrier.
A stiffened hem keeps the mouth open while a telehandler or excavator drops material in, which is what makes filling fast on site.
Loops are rated and bar-tacked for the crane or forklift the buyer actually has, rather than for a plant overhead crane.
5 points decide how this bag is specified. Use the arrows, the dots, or a swipe.
| Rated range | Built to the fill weight confirmed for the project, typically in the 1,000-2,000 kg range per filled bag, with loop rating and fabric weight following that figure rather than a catalogue standard. |
|---|
| Testing | Each production run is checked for fabric weight, seam and loop strength and finished dimensions, and first-piece and final inspection are recorded against the order. |
|---|
| Where it is not the answer | The bag is only as good as the fill: a sharp, wet or frozen fill material loads the fabric and the seams differently from dry sand, so the fill weight has to be confirmed before the fabric is specified. A bag filled beyond the stated weight voids the claim. |

Loading, lifting and standing full — the working conditions the specification is written for. Use the arrows, or drag the rail.
