Courier your current bag to our Yantai manufacturing plant. We dissect and perform forensic testing on fabric GSM, coating thickness, yarn tensile strength, sewing thread spec, and loop break force.

Before you transmit proprietary drawings, CAD models, or ingredient packing formulas, we sign an enforceable mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement safeguarding your designs, trade secrets, and branding assets.
Your printing plates, customized extrusion tooling, and cutting templates are cataloged under your customer ID number. They are never repurposed, shared, or leased to manufacture products for other accounts.
Every revision in printing artwork, fabric weight, loop length, or packaging layout receives an incremented specification version number (e.g., QF-SPEC-v2.3) tied directly to factory shop floor work orders.
For every OEM production batch, two complete bags and fabric retention swatches are sealed in our QA archives for 24 months, guaranteeing 100% specification continuity across future repeat purchase orders.
