Real trust is earned through verifiable data, not vague blanket certificates. We clearly separate internal batch proofing from accredited third-party validation (SGS, TÜV, National Testing Centers) and explicitly define the exact product specification, safety factor, and operational limits of every report.
Calibrated in-house hydraulic cyclic test frame capable of validating heavy single-trip and multi-trip bulk containers.
ASTM G154 accelerated weathering protocol, holding a minimum 50% tensile retention after standard UV cycles.
Strict batch MFI and molecular consistency checks with zero recycled plastic permitted anywhere in critical load-bearing fabric.
All batch inspection records, mill certificates, and physical swatch swatches systematically retained for complete traceability.
We never substitute routine factory internal checks for statutory third-party test certifications, and we never make generic promises without project-specific test validation.
Conducted at our factory on every production batch to verify baseline physical and mechanical properties.
Boundary: In-house tests provide immediate process control but cannot replace regulatory third-party certifications when mandated by international authorities or hazardous cargo transport laws.
Executed by accredited authorities (SGS, TÜV and national packaging testing centres) per project scope.
Protocol: Every third-party test report is strictly tied to a specific bag construction, fabric GSM, and sewing geometry. It cannot be blindly transferred across different models.
Ten documents stand behind the process claims on this page: the management-system and product certificates, then the stacking, lifting, UV and dangerous-goods test reports. Copies carrying the registration number, issuing body and validity dates are supplied on request.
Audited scope covers the design, manufacturing and export sales of woven polypropylene bulk containers.
Request a copy →Conformity marking held for the European market; the declaration covers the models named in the certificate.
Request a copy →Certification issued by TÜV, held for the constructions named in the certificate scope.
Request a copy →Component testing of the base fabric, coating and seams, reported by SGS against the specification agreed for the project.
Request a copy →Inspection of the finished bags before loading — quantity, dimensions, workmanship and marking — witnessed and reported by SGS.
Request a copy →A filled bag held under stack load for the storage period the consignment is planned for, recorded as a compression test report.
Request a copy →A top-lift cycle at a 5:1 safety factor, the case a single-trip bag is designed and released against.
Request a copy →Repeated top-lift cycles at a 6:1 safety factor, which is the case a multi-trip bag has to pass rather than the 5:1 single-trip one.
Request a copy →UV exposure of the woven fabric with the retained strength measured afterwards, reported against the exposure the consignment actually sees.
Request a copy →Test report for flexible IBCs (13H) carrying dangerous goods, covering the tests required for the packing group named in the report.
Request a copy →Certificates are issued against the scope printed on them. A certificate for one construction does not extend to another model, fabric GSM or sewing geometry.
Each tab is a protocol we run or a limit we state: the method, the acceptance threshold, and exactly where the result stops being valid.
Bags fail at the loops, the seams or the base rather than in the middle of the fabric. Every prototype and every batch sample is loaded through repeated cycles on our own frame and then pulled to failure, so the weak point is found before the first container is filled.
| Evaluation Dimension | Protocol & Acceptance Threshold |
|---|---|
| Cyclic Top Lift (5:1) | 30 cyclic loads at 2 × SWL, then a final pull to 5 × SWL without loss of contents. |
| Cyclic Top Lift (6:1) | 70 cyclic loads at 4 × SWL, then a continuous pull beyond 6 × SWL for multi-trip construction. |
| Applicable Models | U-Panel, 4-Panel, Circular and Baffle bags with cross-corner or side-seam loops. |
| Verification Boundary | Results are geometry-specific: changing loop height, fabric GSM or seam construction requires a new test. |
Bulk containers for hazardous solid chemicals, minerals or regulated goods must comply with the United Nations Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods (Orange Book) through official state-accredited inspection agencies.
| Evaluation Dimension | Protocol & Acceptance Threshold |
|---|---|
| Drop Test (1.2m / 0.8m) | Full container dropped onto a rigid concrete target at the designated height for Packaging Group II (Y) or III (Z). Zero discharge. |
| Topple & Righting Test | FIBC tipped over from standing position and restored to upright via single or paired lift loops without seam failure. |
| Tear & Stacking Test | 100 mm knife puncture sustaining 2 × SWL load without propagating, plus a 28-day 1.8 × superimposed stacking load. |
| Strict Project Rule | UN marks are tied to specific hazardous cargo classifications and the exact bag construction. They are never applied to generic commercial models. |
Combustible powders and flammable vapour atmospheres need the discharge path to be known before the bag is filled or emptied. We build Type A and Type B as standard, and Type C in limited quantities.
| Evaluation Dimension | Protocol & Acceptance Threshold |
|---|---|
| Type A (Standard) | Plain insulating PP fabric without static protection. Safe only for non-combustible powders in non-flammable atmospheres. |
| Type B (Breakdown Voltage) | Low breakdown voltage (< 6 kV) preventing propagating brush discharges. Suitable for dusts with MIE > 3 mJ where no flammable solvents are present. |
| Type C (Groundable) | Interwoven conductive yarns with point-to-ground resistance < 1.0 × 10^8 Ω. Produced in limited quantities; grounding is mandatory during filling and emptying. |
| Type D (Dissipative) | Not produced at this facility. |
Polypropylene degrades under solar ultraviolet radiation. We compound virgin resin with calibrated hindered amine light stabilisers (HALS) and run artificial weathering so that outdoor handling and storage are specified from measured retention, not from habit.
| Evaluation Dimension | Protocol & Acceptance Threshold |
|---|---|
| Exposure Regimen | Fluorescent UV/condensation cycles from 200 h to 1,200 h, selected against the storage the consignment actually faces. |
| Retest Method | Residual tensile strength and elongation measured on exposed fabric against unexposed control samples from the same roll. |
| Additive Package | Hindered amine light stabilisers dosed in the tape and verified against the batch masterbatch record. |
| Verification Boundary | Accelerated cycles rank constructions against each other; they do not predict a service life in a specific climate. |
A certificate or a test report is worth exactly what its scope says. These are the limits we state before an order is placed, not after a claim has been raised.
| Evaluation Dimension | Protocol & Acceptance Threshold |
|---|---|
| In-House vs Statutory | In-house tests give process control on every batch. They do not replace a statutory third-party certificate where a market or a carrier requires one. |
| Report Transferability | A report is tied to one construction, fabric GSM and sewing geometry. It cannot be transferred to another model. |
| Certification Scope | ISO 9001:2015, CE, TÜV and SGS are held as shown above. Any further standard a buyer requires is quoted as a separate project scope. |
| Application Limits | Type D dissipative bags are not produced at this facility. Type C is supplied in limited quantities, subject to an MIE review of the powder. |
According to our quality governance system (§12.3), every test document sent to clients specifies these exact seven mandatory technical checkpoints.
Identifies whether the file is an accredited third-party type approval certificate, an internal batch QC sheet, or a material mill test certificate (MTC).
Type Approval / Batch ReleaseExplicitly locks the evaluated bag dimensions (e.g. 90x90x110cm), fabric GSM (e.g. 180+30g), loop type (Cross-corner 4x30cm), and SWL/SF rating.
Model-Bound SpecificsCites the reference protocol and acceptance threshold it was tested against (e.g. in-house cyclic top lift, ASTM G154 fluorescent UV, or a UN drop test).
ISO / ASTM / EN RulesLists the certified laboratory entity (e.g. TÜV Rheinland, SGS-CSTC, National Center for Inspection of Packagings) and its ISO/IEC 17025 registration.
CNAS / DAkkS AccreditedDocuments exact test execution date, certificate issue date, and mandatory re-evaluation or standard revision date to prevent expired citations.
Active & UnexpiredClearly marks non-evaluated boundaries (e.g., Valid for dry granules only; Not certified for combustible dusts or dangerous chemicals without UN protocol).
Transparent BoundariesIn strict accordance with our Business Operating Manual (§7.4-§7.6), we believe industrial trust begins with declaring exact capabilities before receiving purchase orders.
Select your operating industry, cargo classification, and intended handling environment to see which testing regimens and certificates apply to your bulk container specification.
Choose the sampling path that best matches your immediate project milestone: rapid material quality evaluation or comprehensive on-site operational testing.
Immediate delivery of standard factory inventory bags. Ideal for inspecting virgin PP weave quality, yarn tenacity, tactile feel, coating lamination, and sewing craftsmanship.
Individually engineered and crafted to your exact technical drawings: exact dimensions, specific GSM fabric, custom loop free-height, tailored spout diameters, sift-proof seams, and printed logos.
In strict accordance with our Business Operating Manual (§14.3 & §14.5), every sample follows a closed-loop engineering path to eliminate version drift and guarantee 100% repeatability in mass production.
Before cutting fabric, we confirm the exact validation objective: dimensions, bulk material density, filling mechanism, forklift loop geometry, or certified test proofing.
A unique serial number (e.g. QF-SMP-XXXX) is issued. Master tailors cut and stitch the bag strictly using certified virgin PP yarn, designated GSM fabric, and approved thread.
Specimen dispatched via air express with full tracking. Client tests prototype under actual plant conditions: material loading, forklift handling, outdoor stacking, and discharge flow.
We reject generic "sample approved" emails. Client signs a comprehensive sign-off locking exact dimensions, fabric weight, loop free height, spout ties, and acceptable tolerances.
The confirmed Sample ID is embedded into the master Proforma Invoice (PI) and production BOM. Workshop operators reference physical golden counter-samples on the line.
To ensure complete peace of mind before confirming high-volume orders, we recommend our buyers execute these 5 practical handling trials upon receiving prototype bags.
Fill the container with your target bulk density material. Measure final loaded base footprint (W x L) and vertical height. Confirm bag maintains stable geometry without excessive belly bulging.
Engage all 4 lifting loops with your standard forklift tines or overhead crane spreader beam. Check loop free opening height, ease of tine insertion, and loop vertical balance under full payload.
Mount top filling spout onto your automatic or pneumatic filling chute. Test chute diameter clamping, dust seal tightness, inflation air-release vents, and tie ribbon knot security.
Untie bottom discharge spout flap and inner draw-cord while suspended over the intake hopper. Validate free gravimetric flow rate, complete evacuation, and zero material bridging in corners.
Stack two filled bags (or three with baffle bags) in your warehouse for 48 hours. Observe whether lower container withstands superimposed compressive load without tilting or seam deformation.
For fine powders (cement, starch, talc) or outdoor transport, check sift-proof felt cord seam sealing and laminated coating adhesion under rough transit vibrations.
According to our engineering governance, these technical parameters carry zero tolerance for assumptions and must be validated via physical prototype testing prior to mass production.
| Component / Parameter | Risk if Not Tested Prior to Mass Production | Mandatory Prototyping Validation Method | Acceptance Threshold |
|---|---|---|---|
| Loop Free Height & Attachment Geometry | Forklift tines cannot hook loops easily, causing operator delays or loop fraying. | Physical crane/forklift trial under full Safe Working Load (SWL). | Tolerance ±15mm |
| Filling & Discharge Spout Diameters | Spout too tight to clamp onto factory filling tube, or too loose causing powder puffing. | Physical docking onto client actual filling head / discharge hopper. | Exact Fit ±10mm |
| Baffle Bag Internal Plumb Geometry | Internal perforated baffles deform, bag bulges beyond standard container shipping walls. | Full payload volumetric fill test followed by 48h static stack measurement. | Width Bulge < 5% |
| Sift-Proof Seam Felt & Cord Sealing | Micro-fine chemicals or flour seep through needle perforations during transit. | Vibration table test and fine powder pressurized air test on sewn seams. | Zero Powder Loss |
| Form-Fit Barrier Liner Compatibility | PE/EVOH inner liner bunches, wrinkles, or stretches unevenly, blocking bottom discharge. | In-line liner insertion, inflation test, and gravimetric discharge trial. | 100% Liner Alignment |
| Type C Conductive Yarn Grounding Continuity | Discontinuous conductive carbon grid creates spark ignition hazard in explosive dust zone. | Calibrated megohmmeter point-to-point and point-to-ground resistance check. | Resistance < 10^8 Ω |
