Tubular FIBC
A seamless circular woven bag for free-flowing powders and granules; the lowest-cost standard construction where stackability is not the deciding factor.
QINFENG Custom FIBC manufacturer since 2001
500 kg to 3,000 kg with 5:1 (single-trip) or 6:1 (multi-trip) safety factors.
Standard Type A, Anti-Static Type B, Grounded Type C, and Dissipative Type D.
Single/Double/Triple felt sealing, form-fit, aluminum foil & EVOH oxygen barriers.
Manufactured in closed positive-pressure clean workshops; BRC & FDA compliant.
Filter by construction family or search by material application to find the optimal packaging specification.
The four constructions that cover most dry bulk filling. Everything below is built to the same drawing-and-sample process.

A flat-bottom FIBC whose body is one U-shaped panel joined to two side panels, giving a squarer filled footprint than a tubular bag. It is the usual answer when a filled bag has to sit level in a stack at a workable sewing cost.
A four-panel FIBC with internal baffles or corner ties that hold a near-cube shape whether the bag is empty or part-filled. Built for loads that have to stack square in a container or on a pallet without the bag slumping.
A seamless circular-woven bag closed with a round base, so free-flowing product empties completely and the body stays circular under load.
Bags built around one job: waste handling, water and concrete, flood defence, or a PP accessory that travels with the load.
A heavy-duty open-top bag for construction, yard and mixed waste, lifted on four corner loops or a stevedore strap. It is built for abrasion and puncture, not for dust control.
A woven bag with mesh panels or a perforated body so air moves through the load. It is specified for produce, wood and other materials that must not sweat in storage.
A woven bag made with geotextile fabric so water drains out while the solids stay in. It is sized from the sludge, the flow and the containment requirement rather than from a working load alone.
A fabric bag placed where concrete wagons are washed out, so solids settle and the water can be handled separately. It keeps washout out of drains and site ground; the water rules remain the site's.
A heavy woven open-top bag filled on site with local sand or aggregate and lifted into a temporary barrier.
A breathable, wide-mouth woven bag for green waste, built open enough that fresh cuttings do not sweat in transit.
A woven cover that drops over a palletised load to keep dust, light and rain off without sealing the load.
A woven sling with one or two central loops for lifting awkward loads that do not fit an FIBC.
A disposable woven chute that carries product from an FIBC outlet down to a truck or hopper without dust or breakage.
Bulk density, hygroscopic sensitivity, electrostatic risk, and warehouse stacking stability dictate the ideal bag structure.
