2Which size should we send?

A sample in another size is made on the same line and to the same drawing as the production run.

The courier is quoted to this address and paid by you.

A sample in one of the four standard colours goes out within 5–8 days; any other colour is made on the same line as the production run.

7Where do we confirm it?

A named engineer confirms the sample, the courier cost and the address before anything ships.
