Hygiene decisions are made explicit
Liner material, closure and foreign-body control are specified and recorded rather than left to habit.
QINFENG Custom FIBC manufacturer since 2001
The woven body is the same family as a standard FIBC, but the construction decisions move to the parts that touch the product. The liner is the primary barrier, so it is usually a food-contact-intended film, fitted as a loose or form-fitted liner with a closure that keeps the product enclosed from filling to discharge. Seams, loop anchorages and any exposed stitching are arranged so that foreign material cannot fall into the product, and the top closure is designed to be opened only at discharge.
Traceability is built in from the start: a specification version, a sample reference and a production batch number are carried through so that a bag in the field can be traced back to its materials and its inspection records.
A bulk bag built around hygiene rather than around load: liner choice, closure, foreign-body control and batch traceability are the decisions that matter. The requirements that apply are confirmed per market and per project.
Liner material, closure and foreign-body control are specified and recorded rather than left to habit.
Specification version, sample reference and batch number run through the order, so a bag can be traced back.
A sealed liner closure keeps the product enclosed between filling and discharge.
The body fills and lifts like a standard FIBC, so no new equipment is needed for the bulk of the handling.
What we can supply for your market is listed in writing at quotation stage, so nothing is implied that we cannot evidence.
Seams, loop anchorages and packing are arranged so material cannot fall into the product, and the controls are recorded per batch.

Bulk bags for flour, starch and sugar: hygiene-led construction, complete discharge, and a liner that protects the product rather than the bag.
Bagging grain, seed and compound feed at an elevator or feed mill: high fill volumes, seasonal peaks, and a product that has…
| Rated range | Typical working range is 500-1,250 kg SWL, set by the body and loops as with any FIBC. What is confirmed separately is the liner and closure: the applicable product-contact requirements, the liner specification and the documents that can be supplied are agreed per market and per project, and are stated in writing on the order. |

| Testing | In-house checks cover fabric and liner weight, liner fit on a trial fill, closure integrity, seam records, foreign-body controls during sewing and packing, and batch identification. Documents that a specific market requires are arranged per project and are not assumed. |
|---|
| Where it is not the answer | The bag does not by itself make a product compliant anywhere: the requirements that apply depend on the market, the product and the customer's own specification, and they are confirmed per project. Where a market requires documentation we cannot issue, we say so at quotation rather than after the order. |
