Why Choose a PP Woven Pallet Cover?
Panels sewn into a box that matches the pallet footprint and load height, closed at the top, with an elastic or drawcord hem at the base. Printing is applied before the panels are sewn.
A PP woven pallet cover is designed to protect palletized goods from dust, dirt and rain exposure during storage and transport.
Unlike disposable stretch film, it can be removed and reused whenever goods need to be inspected, accessed or moved. The cover is made from woven polypropylene panels, sewn to match the dimensions of your loaded pallet.
Depending on your application, it can be supplied with coated fabric, UV treatment, reinforced seams and different bottom securing options.
Each cover is designed for protection only. It is not intended for lifting or securing the load during transport.
Made to the measured pallet footprint and load height; the fabric weight follows how long the load stays outdoors.
Applications for PP Woven Pallet Covers
01
Protect bricks, concrete blocks, cement bags and other building materials from dust, dirt and rain exposure during outdoor storage and on-site handling. Extended bottom flaps or tie-down options help keep the cover in position around the pallet.
02
Keep cartons, packaged products and industrial goods covered during warehouse storage and distribution. Reusable covers make it easier to access, inspect and re-cover palletized goods without repeatedly removing disposable wrapping.
03
Provide an additional protective layer for FIBC bulk bags and other palletized products during storage and handling. Custom dimensions allow the cover to fit around different load shapes, including oversized or irregular palletized goods.
Fixing methods
The bottom edge is what keeps a cover on the load on site. Four ways to hold it, each with the detail it is recognised by — the choice can be made from the picture.
Fixing
For tying the cover down to the pallet base, where the hem has to stay put with nothing available to weigh it down.
Fixing
For holding the bottom edge down with bricks, blocks or whatever weight is already on site, and no rope to tie.
Fixing
For loads that are opened and re-closed through the day, where the tension has to be taken up again each time.
Fixing
For pulling the hem tight around the load and keeping it there, with no extra fittings on the cover.
Send a photoA photograph of the load and the place it is stored is enough for us to recommend the fixing, and to say if the cover is the right product for that site at all.
What a fixing does not doHolding the cover down does not secure the load. None of these replace the strapping, stretch film or transport securing the load itself needs, and a cover is not a barrier against every weather condition — protection from rain, dust and dirt is all it is bought for.
Made to measure
Made to fit your load. Designed to represent your brand.
01 — How to Measure Your Pallet Cover
Please include photos or a drawing if the load has irregular shapes, protruding edges or unusual dimensions.
ImportantThe finished cover dimensions are confirmed according to the loaded pallet and required fitting allowance, not simply copied from the pallet dimensions.
02 — Custom Printing
Artwork approvalPrinting layout, colours and positions can be confirmed from your artwork before production. Printing is applied to the fabric before the panels are sewn.
Benefit
Designed to be removed and refitted, reducing the need to repeatedly replace disposable wrapping.
Benefit
Remove the cover for inspection, stock checks or product handling, then put it back in place.
Benefit
Tailored dimensions, fabric options and bottom fixing to match different pallet configurations.
Benefit
Coated and UV-treated fabric options can be specified according to outdoor exposure and protection requirements.
