A food-grade FIBC is not a different kind of bag so much as a different set of decisions. The woven body carries the load as usual; what changes is everything that touches the product — the liner, the closure, the way seams and loops are kept away from the fill, and the batch records that let a bag be traced back.
The liner is the primary barrier, so its material, gauge and fit are specified rather than left to habit, and the closure has to suit the way the bag is actually opened at the receiving end. Traceability runs from the specification version and sample reference through to the production batch number.
What we will not do is imply a compliance we cannot evidence. The requirements that apply depend on your market, your product and your own specification; we confirm them per project, and we say in writing at quotation stage which documents we can supply and which we cannot.

Core Construction
The woven body is the same family as a standard FIBC, but the construction decisions move to the parts that touch the product. The liner is the primary barrier, so it is usually a food-contact-intended film, fitted as a loose or form-fitted liner with a closure that keeps the product enclosed from filling to discharge. Seams, loop anchorages and any exposed stitching are arranged so that foreign material cannot fall into the product, and the top closure is designed to be opened only at discharge.
Traceability is built in from the start: a specification version, a sample reference and a production batch number are carried through so that a bag in the field can be traced back to its materials and its inspection records.

Performance & Range
Typical working range is 500-1,250 kg SWL, set by the body and loops as with any FIBC. What is confirmed separately is the liner and closure: the applicable product-contact requirements, the liner specification and the documents that can be supplied are agreed per market and per project, and are stated in writing on the order.
Validation & Testing
In-house checks cover fabric and liner weight, liner fit on a trial fill, closure integrity, seam records, foreign-body controls during sewing and packing, and batch identification. Documents that a specific market requires are arranged per project and are not assumed.
Limitations
The bag does not by itself make a product compliant anywhere: the requirements that apply depend on the market, the product and the customer's own specification, and they are confirmed per project. Where a market requires documentation we cannot issue, we say so at quotation rather than after the order.
