Manufacturing Capabilities Built Around Process Control

QINFENG has manufactured bulk bags in our own Yantai plant since 2001. Weaving, coating and sewing run in-house, so the fabric you approve on a sample is the fabric we run in bulk—under the same inspection gates at every stage.

OWN FACTORY

Made to Order, No Finished Stock

Every order is produced from raw material against a confirmed specification, which is why fabric, grammage and fittings stay consistent batch to batch.

Since 2001

25+ Years Manufacturing

Two and a half decades of bulk bag export production, with long-serving weaving and sewing operators on the lines.

12 Production Stages

Stage-by-Stage Control

From raw material intake and tape extrusion through weaving, coating, printing, sewing, inspection and packing.

140220 GSM

Virgin PP Fabric Range

Multiple verified grammages, in stock base fabric colours white, black, green and blue.

From Resin to Finished Bag

The Core Stages We Run Under Our Own Roof

Weaving, coating and sewing are the processes that decide whether a bulk bag survives a filling line. We keep them in-house so specifications are not re-interpreted by an outside workshop.

Raw material intake and polypropylene tape extrusion line 800 × 600 px
Stage 01 – 02

Raw Material Intake & Tape Extrusion

Virgin PP resin is received, checked and converted into flat tapes with UV additive. Material is held to the locked formula for the order so the woven cloth matches the approved sample.

  • Incoming resin and additive check
  • UV additive added to the agreed ratio
  • Batch reference recorded against the order

Stage 03

Circular Weaving — In-House

Fabric is woven on our own looms, so grammage and width are set by us rather than bought in. This is the stage where hidden weight reduction is either prevented or introduced.

  • Grammage verified across 140–220 GSM range
  • Fabric width and weave density checked
  • Tensile strength before cutting
In-house extrusion coating and lamination of woven fabric 800 × 600 px
Stage 04

Extrusion Coating & Lamination — In-House

For moisture-sensitive or fine powders, we laminate the woven cloth on our own coating line. Coated and breathable fabric are both produced to the specification of the order.

  • Coated or breathable finish per order
  • Coating adhesion and coverage checked
  • Roll width confirmed before cutting
In-house cutting and heavy duty FIBC sewing line 800 × 600 px
Stage 05 & 08

Cutting & Sewing — In-House

Patterns are cut to the confirmed dimensions and assembled by experienced operators. Seam construction, loop attachment and sift-proof stitching are the difference between a bag that holds and one that fails on the line.

  • Cut height and base dimensions confirmed
  • Loop attachment and seam reinforcement checked
  • Felt cord sift-proof stitching where specified

Weaving, coating and sewing are key processes performed in our own factory. Non-standard or specialised operations may be outsourced; those stages are still released against the same inspection gates before shipment.

Supporting & Finishing Stages

The Rest of the Twelve Stages

Every stage below is tracked on the order traveller, so a question about your shipment can be answered by the stage it was produced in—not by a general statement.

Stage 06

Lifting Loop & Webbing Production

Heavy-duty webbing for corner loops, cross-corner loops and stevedore straps is produced to the load rating of the bag, with loop free height set for forklift access.

Stage 07

Printing & Branding

Customer brand printing is a routine operation, including colour matching to your artwork, hazard markings and version control when a printed design changes between orders.

Stage 09

Liners & Accessory Fitting

Internal liners, document pouches, barcode and price labels, and instruction inserts are fitted at this stage—critical for customers whose bags go on to retail sale.

Stage 10

In-Process & Final Inspection

Checks run during production as well as on finished goods: grammage and width, dimensions, seam and loop integrity, print quality, and consistency against the approved sample.

Stage 11

Packing to Your Unloading Method

Hydraulic bales, pallets or individually packed units, labelled so your receiving team can identify the order, the specification and the quantity without opening it.

Stage 12

Warehousing & Shipment Release

Finished goods are held and released against inspection records, then loaded for FOB, CIF or DDP delivery to your destination.

Coordination

Production Coordination & Order Tracking

A production plan per order keeps sample, testing, bulk run and shipment in sequence, so specification changes cannot silently enter a running batch.

Sample Loop

Trial Sample Before Bulk

Line-testing samples leave the plant in 7–10 days; bulk production follows the confirmed sample and specification rather than a general product description.

Process Control

What Gets Checked,
and Where.

Capability is not the number of machines on the floor—it is whether a deviation is caught before it becomes your downtime. These are the control points our production runs against.

  • Grammage and fabric width verified at weaving
  • Coating coverage and roll width verified after lamination
  • Dimensions, seams and loops checked at assembly
  • Finished goods released against inspection records

Production Control Points

Stage, what is controlled, and how it is verified

Own Yantai Factory
Material intake Resin and additive accepted against the locked order formula; batch reference recorded
Tape extrusion Tape width and thickness monitored; UV additive dosed to the agreed ratio
Weaving Grammage within the specified range (140–220 GSM) and fabric width confirmed
Coating / lamination Coated or breathable finish as specified; adhesion and coverage checked
Cutting & sewing Base dimensions and cut height to specification; seam and loop attachment inspected
Printing & fittings Print and colour match, liner and label fitting verified against artwork and order data
Final inspection Sampling of finished goods against the approved sample before packing
Release Inspection records held per order; goods packed and released for shipment
Verification, Not Claims

See It Yourself Before You Place the Order

Buyers who have been burned by a supplier cutting grammage usually ask for evidence. We support that process instead of avoiding it.

Factory walkthrough view during a customer or third-party audit 1200 × 600 px

Third-Party Factory Audit

Buyers have arranged third-party factory audits before placing orders—including a wechest audit case—and the process is welcomed rather than worked around.

ISO Certification

The plant operates under ISO certification, with documented process and inspection practice behind the production stages on this page.

UN & SGS Test Reports

Product test reports including UN and SGS documents are available for the specifications they apply to. Reports are issued per specification—ask us to confirm what applies to your bag rather than assuming coverage.

Sample and Bulk Consistency

Sample and bulk production run to the same locked formula. If a specification is changed for any reason, it is confirmed with you before the batch is released.

Factory Questions

What Buyers Ask Before Visiting or Ordering

Weaving, coating and sewing—the key processes—are performed in our own Yantai factory. Non-standard or specialised operations may be carried out by outside workshops, and those stages are still inspected against the same control points before the goods are released.

Yes. Buyers have arranged third-party factory audits before placing orders, including a wechest audit case, and orders have followed from those visits. If you work with an inspection agency, tell us in advance and we will schedule the visit around your production window.

Bulk production follows the confirmed sample and specification. The order formula—including fabric grammage—is locked, and grammage is verified at weaving rather than assumed. Fabric is woven in our own plant, so weight reduction cannot be introduced quietly by a subcontractor between the sample and the bulk run.

Line-testing samples are dispatched within 7–10 days, usually by FedEx or UPS. Bulk production is committed within 30–45 days. In peak season, lead times can extend, so book the production window early if your own schedule is tight.

For standard fabric colours—white, black, green and blue—the typical minimum is 500–1,000 pcs. If your colour is not one of the stock base fabrics, the fabric has to be woven specially, and the minimum rises to roughly 2,000–3,000 pcs.

No. FIBCs are made to order rather than held as finished stock, because the top, bottom, loops, printing, base fabric and grammage are all variable. Production runs against your confirmed specification, which is also why the fabric stays consistent between repeat orders.
