A quotation is only as good as the information behind it. This page lists what to send us so we can calculate your bag weight and quote the factory directly — and what to do if you do not have the details yet.
Send these six details
- Material and bulk density — what you pack, and its weight per cubic metre, or a sample of the data sheet.
- Safe working load — the payload the bag carries, and whether the bag is used once or repeatedly.
- Bag dimensions — base size and height if they are already fixed. If not, we can calculate them from the density.
- Filling and discharge — how the bag is filled, and how it is emptied.
- Lifting method — forklift, crane, or automated handling, and any loop height requirement.
- Quantity and destination — target order quantity, delivery port or address, and required timing.
Also useful, if you have it
- Certification or compliance requirements for your market.
- Printing artwork, liner or coating needs, and packing requirements.
- An existing specification or a technical data sheet from a previous supplier.
