Delivering bulk bags is not just booking freight — it is agreeing who is responsible for each part of the journey and making sure the paperwork matches the load. This page sets out how we support export and shipping.
Shipping terms and responsibility
- FOB — we deliver to the port and load; responsibility passes to you when the goods are on board.
- CIF / C&F — we arrange the freight and, under CIF, the insurance to the destination port.
- DDP — door-to-door delivery with freight and destination charges handled to your address.
The boundary for each term is confirmed in the quotation, so it is clear where our responsibility ends.
Export documents
Commercial invoice, packing list and the shipping documents your destination requires are prepared against the actual order data — specification, quantity and packing.
Packing for the journey
Packing and loading are planned together with the freight method: bales for cube efficiency, pallets where the receiver unloads automatically, and labelling that lets the goods be identified at the port and at the warehouse.
Loading and coordination
Shipments depart from Yantai and Qingdao. Loading is supervised and the loading plan confirmed with you before the container is closed.
Delivery communication
You receive the production and shipment status as the order progresses, rather than having to ask for it.
