One process, whether you are ordering 500 bags or a repeat container: understand the application, agree the specification, verify it with a sample, then produce to the approved specification.
1. Inquiry
You send what you know — the product, the load, the destination. If you already have a technical data sheet or a specification from a previous supplier, send that instead.
2. Application review
We review the material, bulk density, filling and discharge method, lifting arrangement and where the bag is used, and identify what the specification has to solve.
3. Specification
Dimensions, fabric and grammage, inlets and outlets, lifting loops, liner or coating, printing and certification requirements are written down as one agreed specification rather than a general product description.
4. Quotation
Bag weight is calculated from the specification, then priced against the current polypropylene raw material position. Polypropylene is the largest single element of the cost, so quotation validity follows the raw material market — up to about 15 days when the market is stable, shorter when it is moving.
5. Sample
1–2 bags are produced to the specification and dispatched, usually within 7–10 days, for testing on your own line.
6. Testing and approval
You test the bag; any adjustments are agreed and the approved sample becomes the reference for production.
7. Order and production
Production follows the confirmed sample and specification, with grammage verified at weaving rather than assumed.
8. Inspection and packing
Finished goods are checked against the approved sample, then packed to your unloading method.
9. Shipment
FOB, CIF or door-to-door delivery, with export documents and loading coordinated from Yantai and Qingdao.
10. Repeat orders
The locked specification keeps repeat orders consistent, so a re-order does not mean re-testing the bag from scratch.
